Legendary comic talents Jack Benny and Red Skelton are featured in this collection of holiday specials from the early days of television. Skelton stars in "Freddie and the Yuletide Doll" a romantic comedic ballet between Skelton and a rag doll and "The Cop and the Anthem" based on the O. Henry short story. Benny plays a penny pincher in "The Christmas Show" which also features Rochester Dennis Day and Mel Blanc; and a scheming partygoer in "The New Year's Show.
